Orthodontics Contest

The Rules

1. Wear your SmileKrafters t-shirt to qualify
2. Arrive on time to your appointment
3. Did you take good care of your teeth?
   • must have good hygiene habits
   • NO broken wires or brackets

Each time you qualify, a token is earned. Once you have three tokens, let us know and your name will be put on a raffle ticket. A winner is drawn from the raffle once every three months.

Your child can guess how many pencils and erasers are in a jar at your visit to our pediatrics office.
